Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to all phases of the development and construction process. From site selection, establishing control budgets, design management, and pre-construction, to "Build to Suit", Eric understands and is versed in all phases of the process. He is also a Board Member of the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation and Future Trails Fund for 2014.

Steven is an experienced Construction Superintendent skilled in managing multiple sites and overseeing subcontractors. With certifications in safety and CPR/First Aid he ensures that all projects are completed efficiently and safely. Previously, he worked as a Facilities Maintenance Manager, where he effectively managed operations and the turnover process for parts and supplies.
