​Eric has over 30 years of experience in the Construction and Development Industry and having worked on over 200 projects in 27 states, for national chains, City, State and County, and Federal Governments. Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to all phases of the development and construction process. From site selection, establishing control budgets, design management, and pre-construction, to "Build to Suit", Eric understands and is versed in all phases of the process.  He is also a Board Member of the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation and Future Trails Fund for 2014.

Nick is a seasoned Construction Operations Manager with over 15 years of experience in overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion. His comprehensive understanding of construction processes, coupled with strong leadership skills, has positioned him as a key player with Cooper. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Nick fosters a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and innovation. His ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders ensures a unified approach to project success.

Taylor joined Cooper Commercial just over two years ago as an Office Administrator.

She provides support to clients and all staff both in and outside the office. She maintains filing systems, processes invoices, tracks expenses on all projects, and assists with HR tasks.

She works with the entire Cooper Commercial Group team to establish high standards of brand consistency and recognition.

Cameron has over 11 years of experience as a Superintendent.

He supervises subcontractors and material suppliers. Cameron has substantial experience with commercial new construction and remodel jobs. He meets with the owners to ensure projects follow a set schedule and he maintains safety regulations.

Mark has over 8 years of experience as a Superintendent. 

He oversees the construction of numerous residential and commercial projects. He provides day-to-day communication with the project teams and subcontractors.

With over 10 years of Superintendent experience, John has overseen the construction of commercial buildings from start to finish. He ensures subcontractors stay on time and on budget, coordinates with owners on site, and performs quality control to ensure job site is well kept. Certified in OSHA 30 and equipment operation.
