​Eric has over 30 years of experience in the Construction and Development Industry and having worked on over 200 projects in 27 states, for national chains, City, State and County, and Federal Governments. Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to all phases of the development and construction process. From site selection, establishing control budgets, design management, and pre-construction, to "Build to Suit", Eric understands and is versed in all phases of the process.  He is also a Board Member of the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation and Future Trails Fund for 2014.

Joshua brings over 15 years of experience as a construction superintendent, with a focus on quality control and adherence to safety regulations. His extensive background as an Assistant Superintendent includes managing multiple projects worth $130 million while upholding exceptional standards of quality and productivity. Driven by a passion for safety and efficiency, he works closely with project owners, engineers, and city to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ruben Cuevas
General Superintendent

Ruben offers 30 years of experience as a project manager, superintendent, and estimator. He has been involved in a wide range of construction projects, from commercial work and tenant improvements for automotive dealerships and the medical sector to single-family residential, custom homes, additions, and new construction.

Steven is an experienced Construction Superintendent skilled in managing multiple sites and overseeing subcontractors. With certifications in safety and CPR/First Aid he ensures that all projects are completed efficiently and safely. Previously, he worked as a Facilities Maintenance Manager, where he effectively managed operations and the turnover process for parts and supplies. Steven's strong and organizational skills make him a valuable asset in any construction or maintenance project.
