Eric has over 28 years of experience in the Construction and Development Industry and having worked on over 200 projects in 27 states, for national chains, City, State and County, and Federal Governments. Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to all phases of the development and construction process. From site selection, establishing control budgets, design management, and pre-construction, to "Build to Suit", Eric understands and is versed in all phases of the process.  He is also a Board Member of the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation and Future Trails Fund for 2014.
